Aleathea Dupree is the Deep Waters forum Administrator and author of the book, Though The Vision Tarry: Waiting For My Promised Mate. After receiving an overwhelming response from the readers of her book—particularly those looking for answers to questions regarding relationship issues—Aleathea decided to launch the Deep Waters online forum, and now serves as the forum Administrator.

Aleathea is a skilled biblical counselor who is passionate about knowing and living the practical truth of the scriptures. She has served as the Staff Counselor for a ministry for persons experiencing divorce, separation or widowhood. She also served on the staff of counselors for the Sharon Baptist Church's Counseling Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Having experienced the pains of an abusive marriage, painful separation, tortuous separation, and struggle with divorce, Aleathea has "a passion for marriage done right, and marriage done right begins with making wise decisions regarding relationships before marriage." Pre- and post-marital relationships are at the heart of her counseling ministry.

Forum Administrator is only one of many hats worn by Aleathea Dupree. She is also a wife, mother, biblical counselor and President & CEO of Dathea, a web design and publishing company. Described as having "healing in her mouth," Aleathea acknowledges her calling to teach, to write, and to counsel, three areas of ministry that she puts to use on this forum. Her goal for this forum, for her writing and other ministry is to "give you hope, provoke you to change and inspire you to work on the areas of your life that will enable you to fulfill your God-given purpose."
