Deep Waters | Healing in S. Africa

The Deep Waters resource website and relationship forum were started in March of 2003 in response to the questions, appeals, and needs of people who needed help in the area of relationships. For over five years, our Forum Administrator, Aleathea Dupree, has counseled, challenged, encouraged, and prayed for hundreds of forum participants and readers, and reviewed thousands of posts from people all over the country and several parts of the world. Not only did she take on the responsibility of designing and building the Deep Waters website and forum, but she also carried all the financial responsibility for their administration and maintenance. She receives no financial support for what she does; as a matter of fact, she has often suffered personal attacks because of what she does, but she continues to labor in love under the biblical principle "freely you have received, freely give."

In addition to serving the Deep Waters family, she has received grace to oversee the development of a healing school. Hundreds have been taught biblical principles concerning receiving and maintaining healing, and have had hands laid on them for their recovery. In alignment with this healing mandate that is on her life, two years ago, the Lord connected her to Christ Embassy Healing School in Johannesburg, S. Africa, and in March, earlier this year, she was given the mandate and opportunity to attend the healing school for three weeks. During her time there, she served those who came to receive healing, providing counsel, encouragement and whatever assistance was necessary to others, often praying with and for those who came to receive healing from early morning until late at night. She was humbled and sometimes even humiliated, but she recognized that God had an even greater purpose for her being there.

On the final day of her attendance at the Healing School, she was approached by one of the pastors and invited to return in September with a delegation of ministers to be a part of a special forum. This meeting would involve delegates from around the world for the purpose of a global impartation of the unique healing anointing that is present at the Christ Embassy Healing School and through it’s founder, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (pronounced O-yah-kil-o-may). Plans were made for a local delegation to visit, but due to the high travel cost involved, it was decided that the visit be postponed until March of 2009. However, even after notifying the contacts in S. Africa of the postponement, they continue to insist that she return in September. Through a sequence of recent events, God has made it clear that this is the time that He has designated for her to be there.

Our Forum Administrator has selflessly sown into the lives of thousands. Now, for the first time in Deep Waters history, we are asking that you sow into her life and support her with a financial seed that will make it possible for her to return to the Healing School in S.
